The MPLAB robotic compact welding cell is portable, ready-to-use (plug&play) device and easy to programme. Our welding cell is aimed primarily at medium-sized and small companies with a focus on serial production. The compact cell is a ready-made solution for robotic welding of workpieces. This complete welding system is equipped with a KUKA welding robot, characterised by reliable and safe operation and high performance. It guarantees maintaining repeatable work quality and high quality welds.

It is possible to purchase tooling (i.e., the fixture that fixes the workpiece to be welded) and the process (programming the robot, configuration of the welding machine, know-how in terms of welding parameters).

Our cells are easy to use. An additional screen with an intuitive interface allows operation by an inexperienced operator after a 20-minute training session.

The inspection door is located on the left hand side of the cell. Doors can be fitted on both sides. With inspection windows located on both sides, we can easily track the entire process.

We opted for a compact design and mobility, which guarantees quick implementation, easy relocation of the cell to any location and immediate transport.
